We believe in
Good Entrepreneurship
We strive to create fair opportunities for children and young people in Germany
GENUI is the initiator, shareholder, and active supporter of the Entrepreneurs Foundation for Equal Opportunity gGmbH (USC), because we do not accept that 20% of all children and youth in Germany start life facing structural barriers - and the trend is rising.
Current studies show…
-
Only 60% of children in Germany have basic skills in reading, maths, and writing.
-
Children’s satisfaction has dropped to 68%.
-
The proportion of children who are overweight is 25%.
With the USC, our mission is to make good education, participation, and health a matter of course, regardless of income or background.
The unique funding model enables consistently high support funds
Capital provided by entrepreneurs from the GENUI network is invested in private equity funds, whose management teams waive profit-sharing and fees. This means that 100% of the capital funds can be used for the charitable purposes of the USC, a model unique in Germany.

We drive structural change: As a long-term partner, we support the development of sustainable financing models with the aim of securing successful solutions for the future (for example, by integrating them into regular systems).
